Any clarinetists out there?

It's probably your embouchure. You might have too much firmness and that causes squeaks most of the time for me. I'd suggest trying to loosen up a bit and see if that works. Also see if all of your fingers cover up the keys completely. I used to have trouble playing higher notes all the time because I would have air leaks. Hope this helps. (:
