I need help! im appling for a job and i am 16, it is asking me about my birthdate & the compulsory school age?

you are still at compulsory school age as your birthday is in between 1st October and the last day of February. to clear this up 1st October 2010 and the last day of February 2011 you are still at compulsory school age. you will not be at compulsory school age once the christmas holidays start this year.
