What to do if my dad hits me for every little thing what number can i call?

for every little thing my dad hits me, with anything like a sandal, belt, his hand, a hard dog toy, shoes, thumbtacks, pens, towels, brooms, metal spoons and forks, etc, etc, etc. i know this follows somewhere as child abuse but i'm scared to call someone and i don't even know who to call i tell my mom but she takes it all sarcastically i cant stand my dad he hits me yells and me he also prefers other people over me sure he pays peoples gas, food, drinks, movie tickets, but for me he wont even by me a coke. i got a feeling he hates me. especially now he hates me even more because i failed the 7Th grade.
