Is It Fair That A Mental Kid Doesn`t Get In Trouble At My School?

Ok so there's this guy named Taylor Hudson at my school and he's autistic. BUT , he still knows what he's doing. He's nice to people that give into his wishes and do what he wants. But for people that stand up for themselves, he's a real ***. He thinks he's the s.h.i.t. just because his mom works there. And my friend Brittani is a senior and graduating this year and she has 3rd period with him and he kept kicking her leg and foot in class, and she just got her cast off from breaking her ankle. All she did was turn around and said kinda loudly, "STOP KICKING ME TAYLOR!!!!!!!!" and the teacher sent her to the office and she got wrote up, 5 days suspension, cant go to senior splash, <<[someting really fun the seniors get to do at the end of the year], and the principle is now considering post poning her graduation until next year. WHAT THE F.U.C.K?! And by the way, Taylor didnt get in ANY trouble at all. Im so pissed. After that, he saw her in the hallway and said "haha you phony whore, im glad you cant do anything this year beeeyootttchhhh!" And he said that right in front of a teacher and again, didnt get in trouble. Can she sue or something? Thats alottle ridiculous. Oh and she already paid $60 for senior splash and they wont give her the money back.
