Fun things to do for a sixteenth birthday party in dallas?

It would be seven girls. I want to do something fun around town. don't say things like "have a sleepover and play wii!" not to be arrogant, but i want to do something special. i was thinking going to the W hotel or Zaza, but I don't know. or possibly five sixty, something along those lines. are there any fun, chic places in dallas that would be ok for 15-16 year olds?
