How can I get a picture of taylor swift on my cake?

I want a picture of taylor swift on my sixteenth birthday cake but i was wondering how i could do that? and how much would it cost as well? i also want it to be good quality but not too expensive and some people have also said that there are copyright issues .... so any ideas?
