Is the Luna Safari Peace a good acoustic guitar?

My sixteenth birthday is coming up soon, and all I really want is a guitar. My idol is Taylor Swift and I want to be able to write and play my own music. Im new to the guitar world, but I have been playing instruments for a long time. HELP :)
