Considered rape in washington state?

I'm 16years & 7months old. In washington state 16 is the legal sex consent age. I'm pregnant & my baby's dad is 19. I got pregnant one month before i turned 16 so my parents want to charge my babys daddy with rape. Can that happen even if i wasnt raped? Do i have any say in this since im 16 now & i got pregnant only one month before my sixteenth bday? HELP!!!!!
