Help with music counting please! Sixteenth and eighth notes?

That rhythm is counted the same in 4/4, 2/4, 3/4, 2/2 (any meter with a 2 or 4 on bottom). It's a dotted 8th with a 16th. The dotted 8th is as long as three 16ths.
