Sixteenth birthday party ideas? VERY quick and simple!?

It's my friend's sixteenth birthday on Tuesday, and I'm throwing her a very unplanned last-minute part. I need to know some good ideas for games and stuff to do? It's just at my house, and I don't really know what to do... Thanks so much!
