Why do I tend to lead guys on?

I have only had a few boyfriends in the past (I'm 16). Nothing over a week. I feel as if dating them made me phony. I said I liked them and I did. . . Just not as much as I thought I did when we weren't. Once I tell them I'm done I never speak to them again. What's wrong with me?
